For teens, young adults, and adults who recognize themselves in a neurodivergent way of functioning or in a feeling of being out of step. With or without a diagnosis. You do not need a label to start: what matters is that you feel something is stuck.
No, not at all. Many of the people I work with do not have a formal diagnosis. Some are in the process, others have simply not felt the need for it. Coaching can absolutely begin without a diagnosis. What matters is your own understanding of how you work.
Yes. The support is then designed in a way that fits their age, their situation, and their needs. I make sure to offer a space that respects their voice, while taking into account their family and school environment. A first conversation with the parents is usually offered to frame the process.
Coaching helps you take stock, understand yourself better, move forward, and set up concrete supports. It is oriented toward action and the present. Therapy, on the other hand, explores deeper questions linked to personal history, wounds, and traumas. The two are not opposed. They can even be complementary. Coaching does not replace therapeutic or medical care when those are needed.
That is exactly what the discovery call is for. 45 minutes free of charge, no commitment, to lay things down together and see what would suit you best. You leave with a clear opinion, even if we end up deciding not to work together.
Both are possible. Online for more flexibility and so that geography is not a barrier. In person if you prefer a real face-to-face (to be confirmed depending on my location). Many neurodivergent people actually prefer online. It is easier to manage in terms of energy.
It completely depends on you. A single session can be enough to unlock a specific point. A journey of 8 sessions usually spreads over 2 to 4 months, depending on your pace and energy. There is no "right" duration. We adjust together.
Coaching is not covered by public health insurance. Some private health insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for coaching sessions. Check with your provider. An invoice can be provided upon request.
If something is not clear or if you have a question of your own, the best way to answer it is still a direct conversation.
