Discovery call

We start by meeting. 45 minutes to get to know each other, share what brings you here, and sense whether we can walk together. No expectations, no commitment. Just a first step, at your own pace.

Time for you — to shed light on something on your mind, work through a difficulty, or find some clarity in a foggy period. We take the time it takes, without forcing anything.

03 — Who it's for

Teens

For those who feel overwhelmed, out of step, or struggling during this formative period. A space to bring some order back, find calm, and better navigate what is at stake at school, in relationships, or at home.

Young adults

For times of doubt, when you are searching for your place and finding it hard to move forward with clarity. Support to regain your bearings, make choices more calmly, and live transitions better.

Adults

For people who want support that truly fits how they work. A space to gradually step out of the exhaustion of constantly adapting, and to find more understanding, breath, and balance.

When I work with a teenager, I make sure to offer a space that respects their voice, while taking their age and environment into account.

Coaching can offer a space to better understand yourself, find clarity, and move forward with supports that fit. It does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic care when those are needed.
