I work with those — teens, young adults, or adults — who think and feel a little differently. Not to transform you, but to offer a space where your own resources can finally emerge. Yours. Not the ones you were asked to have.
Juggling with a brain that runs too fast, too hard, sometimes in every direction at once — I know what that's like. Feeling out of step. Trying methods "made for everyone" that simply don't work for you.
I know from the inside the overwhelm, the feeling of being out of step, the exhaustion of constant adapting, and the difficulty of functioning in frameworks that are too rigid.
It is exactly this experience that led me to create alinéa: a space where the goal is not to fit you into a box, but to build strategies that truly match who you are.
I grew up in France, lived twenty years in London, and now live in Madrid. Three languages, three ways of thinking, three ways of feeling out of step. There is no single right way to function. That is also why I work in French, English and Spanish.
Supporting people seriously also requires a solid framework. I hold the International Private Certificate in Professional and Individual Coaching — Life Coaching and Neuroscience, issued by the University of Happiness Sciences and the Serenity Institut.
In concrete terms: a rigorous methodology, proven tools, a clear ethical framework. All in service of support that remains, above all, deeply human.
First, we take the time to come back to your story, how you function, what weighs on you, what tires you, and also what already helps you. My role is to listen attentively, without any judgment. Yours is to put words, at your own pace, on what you experience.
Then, we observe together what keeps coming back: the patterns that repeat, the supports that work, the points to watch. I help you bring certain markers to light, and little by little you recognize what rings true for you. This is often where clarity starts to emerge.
Finally, we look together for concrete supports for your everyday life. No off-the-shelf solution, no imposed method. Just tools tailored to your reality, that you can test, adapt, and make your own. I offer paths, you experiment. What matters most is finding what truly helps you.
Your brain is not to be fixed. It works differently, period. My work is to help you live with it. And often, to make it your strength.
What works for one person may be useless for another. Every journey is built bespoke, from your reality, not from a manual.
We move at your own pace. Some need a quick spark, others need more time. Both are equally legitimate.
Nothing you come to share here needs to be justified. No minimizing, no comparing. Just a space to breathe and move forward.
You cannot change what you do not see. Before acting, you need to understand your patterns. Coaching is not a toolbox you apply: it is first a work of awareness, from which real decisions become possible.
I do not promise you transformation, or any miracle solution. Just a space to better understand yourself, and move forward from there.
Coaching helps you take stock, put words on things, and build supports in the present. It does not explore deep wounds, old traumas, or psychiatric questions. For that, a therapist or psychiatrist is the right person.
I do not give labels. I do not assess whether you are ADHD, ASD, or gifted. If you are looking for a formal diagnosis, a neuropsychologist is who you need. Here, we work with how you function as it is — diagnosed or not.
You will not leave a session with a universal method that solves everything. We build things together, at your pace, and some will hold, others will not. It is work, not a solution.
My role is to hold the space, ask the right questions, offer paths. But you are the one observing, choosing, experimenting. No one can do this work in your place.
The discovery call is the perfect place to see if we can work together. 45 minutes, no commitment, to lay things down and sense if it clicks.
